Meadowood Policies

Room Rates:

Rates vary depending on time of year, weekday or weekend, and if there is a special event. Please click on Rooms for more information on individual rooms and corresponding rates.

Methods of payment:

We accept VISA or MASTERCARD, personal checks (US banks only), cashier's checks, or cash for all deposits and payments.

Cancellation policy:

Fourteen (14) days to receive full refund less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior will be subject to no refund unless the room can be rebooked.

Smoking policy:

The Meadowood is a non-smoking establishment. However smoking is permitted on the porch and on the grounds.

Check in time:

Check in is from 4 to 6 PM daily. We are not able to accommodate early check in, however we certainly understand that you may need to arrive late. If you think you will arrive later than 6 PM, please let us know so that we know all is ok.

Check out time:

Check out is 11:00AM daily. The inn is closed from 11:00AM to 4:00PM for cleaning.

The Meadowood serves dinner!

Because many of our guests travel some distance to get here, they are often road weary and would prefer not to have to get back on the road to go get a meal. In order to provide a more relaxing stay, we offer our guests a casual dinner for an additional charge of $20.00 per person. At least 24 hours advance notice is required, and meals will consist of a variety of dishes to please the palate from roast beef to barbecue.
