Danview Retreat is a beautifully decorated 2200 square foot
cottage tucked in the woods a short 8 miles from the Meadowood with a breathtaking view
of the Dan River, the Talbott Dam, and the adjacent mountains.
The interior features two bedrooms with king-sized beds, 2 ½ baths, a
game room in the basement with a Foosball table and an air hockey table as well as two
double beds. There is a trundle bed just outside the Master bedroom if the little ones
don't want to be far from you.
The cottage features a full kitchen with microwave, toaster
oven, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, all cookware and dishware and a garbage
disposal; and three TVs with DVD players and satellite TV, hair dryers, iron and ironing
board and radio/CD players round out the amenities.
The cottage has individually controlled heat in each room as well as a
woodstove in the basement and a fireplace in the living room. The spacious 58 foot bi-
level deck out back is the perfect place for an outdoor meal or to relax and take in the
spectacular view.
