Black Water Loft welcomes for the first time to its stage, Watercourse Way on Friday May, 11th from 7pm-10pm. A duet from Christiansburg, Virginia; Watercourse Way performs a variety of original and eclectic folk based music where the songs range in style from folk-fusion to blues and rock. Watercourse Way consists of Linda and Alex Oberlitner and is influenced by a broad range of artists including Crosby Stills & Nash, Simon & Garfunkle, Richard Thompson and U2. When Linda sings and plays twelve string guitar, Alex accompanies on electric guitar. When performing their more folk based instrumentals Alex plays acoustic six string guitar and Linda accompanies him on violin.
